2010 Mini Sessions

I am going to be offering mini sessions on Sunday, November 7th this year. A mini session is perfect for someone that has already had a session with me earlier this year, but would like to have a more recent photo for Christmas cards, but it can be for anyone who would just like a mini session rather than a regular session. Mini sessions will only last 30 minutes and the goal will be to get 5-10 images for you to choose from for your Christmas cards. Here are the details:

Date: Sunday, November 7th

Where: To be determined, but outside somewhere in Lubbock.

Times available: 2pm, 2:45pm, 3:30pm, and 4:15pm

Price: $100 – I need to receive your payment within 5 days of booking to hold your spot.

What is included: 30 minute mini session (with your immediate family or kids only), 25 Christmas cards ($40 value), and a gallery with 5-10 edited images. Prints and additional Christmas cards may be purchased separately.

What you need to do: Send me and email at info@denaehutsonphotography.com and let me know which time slot you would like. I will write you back to let you know if that time slot is still availabe and if it is, I will let you know where to mail your payment. I will need to receive your payment within 5 days of booking to consider it booked.

Please note that November 7th is the only day I will be offering this special.

I am offering some new shapes this year that are $2.50 per card or you can order the standard cards that I have always offered for $40 per set of 25. They are 5×7 press printed cards that have a front and a back and come with envelopes. You do not have to book a mini session to get Christmas cards. Happy New Year!

I hope you all had a wonderful 2009 and are excited about what 2010 holds! THANK YOU for making 2009 another successful year for my business! I have enjoyed getting to meet new clients and seeing past clients again.

I also want to let you know about a big change that is happening in my life in 2010 that will affect my business. I am expecting my second baby – another boy – in April! I will be booking sessions through March and then I will take April through June off for maternity leave, returning in July.

As I’m sure most of you know, a new baby brings a lot of change and so I will be limiting the amount of sessions I book each month for 2010. If you plan to book a session with me this year, I strongly suggest booking at least a month or two in advance to ensure you are able to get the date you desire. Of course, if I have availability, I will be happy to schedule a session with shorter notice. If you are planning to schedule a newborn session, please notify me of your due date as soon as possible so that I can make note of it on my calendar and leave room for your session. Because of the limited amount of sessions I will be offering in 2010, your signed contract and session fee will be due within 7 days of booking a session in order to secure your date.

Thank you again for making 2009 such a great year and I look forward to seeing you in 2010!
