I got to photograph this family back on the last day of April and I do believe it was the coldest day of the year. Okay, maybe not the coldest day. But it was very unexpectedly cold for the last day in April. The poor children were so cold. We did end up going inside for a few indoor portraits (and to warm up), but of course, the outdoor ones were still my favorite.
This family was visiting from Oklahoma and asked me to photograph their family while they were here for a visit. I am glad they did because it had been awhile since I had photographed a teenager that just does exactly what you tell them to do….much different than working with the babies and little kids (which of course, I love too!).
This is the canvas that the winner of the Facebook contest won! I thought it turned out just gorgeous!! Canvases really turn your pictures into a piece of art to display in your home. Please let me know if you would ever like to see one in person. I would love to show you mine.
